4. Place the other end of the threaded
rod
ᕥ in the motor unit ᕣ. Ensure
that the pins in the inside of the
motor unit
ᕣ engage with the guide
rails in the threaded rod
ᕥ.
5. Push the threaded rod
ᕥ with the
pusher
ᕦ into the motor unit ᕣ to
the stop. The elevations on the trans-
mission disc
ᕤ must engage with the
recesses on the rear of the pusher
ᕦ.
The arrows in the motor unit
ᕣ and
on the pusher
ᕦ must point towards
each other .
Assembling the container
6. Place the container
ᕧ on the motor
unit
ᕣ so that the arrow on the con-
tainer
ᕧ points at the opened lock
on the motor unit
ᕣ.
Note: This is only possible if the pusher
ᕦ is correctly assembled. If the con-
tainer
ᕧ does not fit onto the motor
unit
ᕣ, repeat steps 1 to 5.
7. Turn the container
ᕧ so far until the
arrow points to the closed lock
on
the motor unit
ᕣ and an audible click
is heard.
Assembling motif discs
When the pusher
ᕦ and container ᕧ
are assembled:
1. Select the desired motif disc
¸.
2. Place the motif disc
¸ in the closing
ring
¹ with the inscribed side to
the bottom.
3. Place the closing ring
¹ with the motif
disc
¸ on the container ᕧ.
4. Turn the closing ring
¹ in the direc-
tion of the arrow until it engages
.
Assembling the nozzles
When the pusher
ᕦ and container ᕧ
are assembled:
1. Select a nozzle
ᕩ.
2. Place the nozzle
ᕩ on the nozzle
adapter
ᕨ.
3. Screw the adapter closure
µ over the
nozzle
ᕩ on the nozzle adapter ᕨ.
4. Place the nozzle adapter
ᕨ in the
closing ring
¹. The nozzle must po-
int outwards.
5. Place the closing ring
¹ with the
nozzle adapter
ᕨ on the container ᕧ.
6. Turn the closing ring
¹ in the direc-
tion of the arrow until it engages
.
Filling the container
Do not place the pastry to be proces-
sed in the refrigerator. There it will
become too firm. The pastry must
have a room temperature.
1. Turn the container
ᕧ so that the ar-
row points to the opened lock
.
2. Remove the container
ᕧ from the
motor unit
ᕣ. Leave the pusher ᕦ
and the threaded rod
ᕥ in the motor
unit
ᕣ.
Tip: If need be, moisten the internal
surfaces of the container
ᕧ with
water before filling it with pastry.
Doing so helps avoid having the pastry
stick to the inner surfaces of the
container
ᕧ.
3. Shape the pastry / decorating mixture
to a roll. This permits easier filling.
Fill the container
ᕧ with this pastry
roll.
