POSSIBLE CAUSE

The unit is not wired into a live circuit
with proper voltage.

A household fuse has blown or a
circuit breaker has tripped.

The cooktop is not level.

SOLUTION

Wire the unit into a live circuit with proper
voltage. (See Installation Instructions.)
