Address Book Tab
The Address Book tab allows you to Add, Edit, Delete, and Search
for contacts stored on your Passport PC card. You can also send
a message to a selected contact.
It contains:
• Group combo-box lets you select a group of contacts
to display in the contacts list.
• Search field lets you search for a contact in the contacts
list. For example, entering ba would return any contacts
beginning those letters, like barbara, barry, etc.
• Contact List shows all contacts available in the selected
group. Contacts are listed in alphabetical order. A
maximum of 200 contacts are listed.
• Add , Edit , and Delete buttons let you add a new contact,
edit an existing contact, or delete a contact.
• Contact information field shows the address information for
the selected contact. This includes mobile, home, work,
and fax phone numbers, as well as email addresses.
• Send Message button lets you send a message to the
selected contact. Pressing this button opens the
Messaging tab, where you can compose a message
addressed to the contact.
