Erasing a Day’s Events
To erase a scheduled day’s events:
1.
From the main menu, select
Organizer
(
).
2.
Select
Schedule
(
).
3.
Using the navigation key, highlight the day for which you would like
to erase events and press
.
Tip:
In the calendar view, days with events scheduled are underlined.
4.
Press the right softkey button (
Actions
) and select
Erase All
(
).
5.
An alert will appear notifying you of the number of events to be erased.
Select
Erase
(
).
Note:
If the day for which you are erasing events contains a repeating
event, you will receive the following prompt: “This is a recurring event.
<event name>” Select
Erase this
(
) to erase a single occurrence,
Erase all
(
) to erase all occurrences of the event, or
Cancel
(
)
to cancel the deletion of the repeating event.
Going to Today’s Schedule Menu
If you are viewing the Schedule menu and wish to go to the Schedule
menu for today’s date:
1.
From the Schedule menu, press the right softkey button (
Actions
).
2.
Select
Go to today
(
).
Purging Events
To delete events older than a specified period of time:
1.
From the Schedule menu, press the right softkey button (
Actions
).
2.
Select
Erase old
(
).
3.
Select the option to erase events older than
One week
(
)
, One
month
(
)
, One year
(
)
,
or
One day
(
). A report will
inform you how many old events have been erased.
