My Device Info
Allows you to edit the name of the
Bluetooth
® device when Add New
Device menu is highlighted.
1. Unlock the screen by touching
or pressing the Unlock Key
( ) on the left side of your
phone, then touch Menu to
access the menu.
2. Touch the Settings & Tools icon
.
3. Touch Bluetooth Menu.
4. Touch Options .
5. Touch My Device Info.
6. Touch RENAME DEVICE.
7. Touch to clear the existing
name or edit it.
8. Use the pop-up keypad to enter a
new custom name. (If you used the
keyboard for entry, touch
to exit keyboard.)
TIP
Bluetooth ® wireless connection is dependent on
your Blueooth stereo device. Even though you
want to connect with a headset that supports
both HFP and A2DP, you may only be able to
connect with one.
Turn On
Allows you to set the phone's
Bluetooth
® power On/Off.

Discovery Mode
Allows you to set whether your device
is able to be searched by other
Bluetooth devices in the area.
TIP
After entering Bluetooth Menu, simply touch
to enter discovery mode.
