The SPA932 Attendant Console is used only with the SPA962 IP phone. For configuration information, contact your
System Administrator.
Managing Calls with the SPA932
Any active line (or extension) on the SPA932 can be managed in the following manner:
• Direct Station Select (DSS). Press an active (green LED) button to directly call another line (or extension).
• One Touch Call Transfer. While you are on a call, press an active (green LED) button and hang up your
receiver to transfer the call to another line (or extension).
• Status Monitoring. Monitor line status based on the button’s LED color/behavior on the SPA932.‘
LED Status
Each of the 32 buttons on the SPA932 can have any one of four different states:
• Green - the line associated to the button is correctly configured and is active.
• Red - the line is in use (busy).
• Blinking Red - the line is receiving an incoming call (ringing).
• Amber - the line associated to the button is not configured correctly.
• Null (no light) - the line is not configured.
