Click System Tools from the pop-up menu
of Accessories

Click System Restore from the pop-up
menu of System Tools.

Select Restore my computer to an earlier
time, then click Next.

Select a nearest date from the timetable
when the system was normal (you may
select month by clicking the arrows above
the timetable).Locate the System Check
Point in the right pane or click the Restore
Point, then click Next.
