Connecting and setting up the microphone
Using the microphone supplied, the Sound Projector evaluates the test signals it
generates and can thus adjust the sound output to your actual room.
➠ Protect the microphone from heat and from direct sunlight.
➠ Do not use an extension lead for the microphone.
➠ Position the microphone where you are planning to have your listening
position (ear height).
➠ Avoid obstacles between the microphone and the walls.
➠ With a subwoofer connected where required, set the volume to medium and
set the transmission/high-pass frequency to maximum.
Press the on/off button on the unit or
the on/off button on the remote control to switch the unit off.
Connect the microphone supplied to the socket MIC-IN on the
underside of this unit.
Assemble the stand supplied:
1. Separate the individual parts from each other (1).
. Push the two long parts together (2).
3. Put the round part on top (3).
4. Place the microphone on the round part (4).

Position the microphone at least 1.8 m away from the Sound
Projector centred on it on a level surface. Use the stand supplied
to set up the microphone at the height of your required listening
position, pointing upwards.
