Switching to the USB HOST mode

Hold down [POWER] for at least 1 second to

turn the power on.

The thumbnail screen now appears.



Press [THUMBNAIL/MODE] to display the

normal display screen.



Press [MENU/MODE CHK].



Using , and , select “OTHER

FUNCTIONS” – “PC MODE SELECT”, and

press .

Using and , select “USB HOST”, and

press .

Press [MENU/MODE CHK] twice to display

the normal display screen.



Hold down [THUMBNAIL/MODE] for at least

 seconds.

The USB HOST mode is now established,
and “USB HOST” appears at the bottom of the
thumbnail screen.

Use a hard drive with enough memory to
accommodate the data to be copied.

To exit the USB HOST mode

Hold down [THUMBNAIL/MODE] for at least

 seconds.

The USB HOST mode is cancelled, and “USB
HOST” disappears at the bottom right of the
screen.

Usable hard drives

The following hard drive can be used.

Panasonic portable hard disk unit for P2 store (AJ-PCS060G)
Any hard drive which can be connected using USB 2.0

USB bus power (5 V, 0.5 A) is also supported, but some hard drives cannot be started up using it. If this
is the case, supply power from a separate source to the hard drive.
Some hard drives may not operate properly.
Do not use USB memories or other removable media.
