Hard drive data display

You can display the hard drive information.

Switch to the USB HOST mode.



Connect the USB hard drive.



Press [MENU/MODE CHK].



Using , and , select “HDD” –

“EXPLORE”, and press .

The hard drive information is displayed.

With a TYPE S or PSTORE hard drive

As for the hard drive in FAT type, the remaining

memory only for the target area on the hard drive
is displayed.

Using and , you can switch the display
between the list with the dates/times and the
names of the partitions given by the user. If
the hard drive is in FAT type, switching is not
possible.
If the hard drive is in TYPE S type, when the hard
drive thumbnail display or the EXPLORE display
is on the screen, press [MENU/MODE CHK], and
select “OPERATION”–“CHANGE PARTITION
NAME”. You can now apply a name (up to 20
characters) to the partition.
(This is not possible with hard drives in other
types than TYPE S.)

If an invalid partition is present on the P2 store hard
drive, the partition information is displayed in gray.
With a FAT type of hard drive, only the first
partition is displayed.
