• If the handset beeps 3 times and “Download incomplete. Phone book
full.” is displayed, some items could not be stored in the phone book. Store
items by following the steps below.
1. Erase items which do not exist on the web from the phone book of the unit (p. 41).
2. Access the openLCR web site.
3. Go to the web screen to create the phone book data.
4. Click .
5. Start again from step 1 (“To download data from openLCR” on page 72).
• You cannot access the openLCR server if a telephone or fax machine on the
same phone line is in use.
• While the unit is downloading data from openLCR, the Call Waiting Service cannot
be used.
To use downloaded melodies as the ringer tone
The melody(ies) you download from openLCR are stored in the base unit and
handset and will be heard when you receive an outside call. The names of each
melody (up to 14 characters) are also downloaded.
To select the desired melody, go to the Ringer tone menu in the Ringer setting
menu (p. 18, 19). Downloaded melody 1 and 2 can be selected by pressing [d],
[B], [8] or [9].
To view information
1 Press [MENU].
2 Scroll to “Caller IQ” by pressing [d] or [B],
then press Select.
3 Press Yes at “View Info.?”.
• The items of information which you selected on
the web are displayed.
• If information is not downloaded to your unit, “Get
new Info.?” will be displayed. To download
information, see page 72.
4 Scroll to the desired information by pressing
[d] or [B].
• You can also select the desired information by
pressing dialing buttons.
5 When finished, press [OFF] or place the
handset on the base unit.
