Example : Clear Toner Counter
After replacing the Toner Cartridge, the Toner Counter will be cleared automatically.
If you want to clear the Toner Counter manually, the following procedure is required.
1
Press the Function key.

Select “Counter View”.

Select “20-39”, and then select
(2 times).

Select “30 Clear Toner Counter Y”.
(Ex: Clear Yellow Toner Counter)
z Select the desired color of Toner Counter.

Select “Yes” to clear the Toner
Counter.
z When clearing other color of toner counter,
repeat steps 4 and 5.

Select “Close”.
z After Setting up the function(s), press the
Reset key to return the machine to the initial
screen of the current active mode.
