Storing caller information into
the phonebook using the
handset

Items in the caller list can be stored into the
phonebook.

Press {Rcvd calls}, {V}, or {^}.

Press {V} or {^} repeatedly to display
the desired item.

Press {Select}.

If the number requires editing, see
page 30.

Press {Save}.

If there is no name information for the
caller, “Enter name” will be
displayed.

You can enter a name by performing
the following steps:

1 Enter the name if necessary (see

page 22, step 3).

2 Press {V}, then press {Save}.

If a name is not required, press{V}, then
press {Save}.

To continue storing other items,
repeat from step 2.

Press {OFF} to exit.

Note:

L

If the caller information does not include
a phone number, you cannot store it in
the phonebook.

Erasing caller information using
the handset

Erasing a selected item

Press {Rcvd calls}, {V}, or {^}.

Scroll to the desired caller by pressing
{V}

or {^}, then press {Erase}.

To erase other items, repeat from
step 2.

L

To exit the caller list, press {OFF}.

Erasing all items
Make sure that you have no missed calls.

Press {Rcvd calls}, {V}, or {^}.

Press {All erase}.

Press {Yes}.

All entries in your caller list are
erased.
