Operation guide
The unit starts the following voice guidance in Japanese:
Operations
To cancel the operation guide
Send a fax
Copy
Add entries to the phonebook
Make a call using the phonebook/redial/call memory
Change a ink film
Print fax documents from the main unit memory
Error announcements
The unit can make an announcement to alert you when the following errors or trouble occurs:
– The control panel is opened while sending a fax or printing
– The recording paper runs out or jams
– The ink film runs out
– The document paper jams or does not eject properly

The unit announces the number dialed, when you make a call with the main unit.
