Responses and Warning Messages
A warning message is to be transmitted whenever the status of the fol-
lowing systems changes:
Outlet Bank Status Messages
Whenever an outlet bank switches state (ON or OFF) the UPS sends a
message to the controller:
Condition
UPS is not in AVR or BATTERY
mode
UPS is in AVR boosting 13%
UPS is in AVR boosting 26%
UPS is in AVR bucking 15%
UPS is in BATTERY mode
Battery charge falls below critical
load threshold
Input voltage exceeds high volt-
age failure t’hold
Input voltage falls below low
voltage failure t’hold
Battery charge falls below critical
load threshold

Power Status Messages
Whenever the power changes state the UPS sends a message to the
controller:
Invalid Command or Query
If the UPS receives a command or query ASCII string that it does not
understand, an error message is transmitted.
Condition: Command or query not recognized or
properly formatted
Response from UPS: INVALIDCMD<CR>
