9 Troubleshooting

The screen does not respond when I press

the key.

Press

, and then to unlock the keys,

if necessary;
Charge the battery, if necessary;

If the steps above do not work, reset the

device. To do so, press the RESET hole

by using the tip of a ball pen or other tool.

I cannot find the file that I stored on Activa.
The file may be in a format unsupported

on Activa. For more information about

the compatible formats on Activa, see

(see ‘Technical data’ on page 41).
The fitness device cannot measure my

exercise accurately.

Ensure that you wear Activa properly.

The fitness device can detect and count

your movement. Wear the device

properly in the position as suggested on

the screen.

Calibrate the fitness device to yourself

(see ‘Calibrate the workout’ on page 23).

I cannot tune to a preset station.

The station may be out of service.

Select another preset station.
When moving to a new place (e.g. a new

city or country), restart auto tune for

better reception.
