** The icon flashes only if you subscribe to a Call Identification service, and the specific melody will play.

Call directly
Enter your number, then press the "talk" key. Press the "talk" key to hang up.

NB. You can also call directly using the Redial List or the Call Log.

Incoming call
Your phone rings. Press the "talk" key to be connected. Press the same key to hang up.

Using the Intercom
You can register up to 4 handsets with your base station. Intercom allows you to communicate internally
between two handsets.

• Internal calls: press

to call all internal handsets recognised by the base station.

• Intercom during external calls: press

to put a call on hold until someone presses

There are two available phonebooks which allow you to distinguish two groups of callers from the
icon displayed and the ringing melody**:

The Friends phonebook allows you to register the details of people you want to be recognised by a
specific melody.

The Family phonebook allows you to distinguish people from the friends phonebook by another
melody.

Press one of these keys to enter the chosen phonebook. Pressing a second time while scrolling will exit the
phonebook.

Storing your phone numbers
Each phonebook can contain 10 entries.
Each entry is made up of a name (maximum 10 characters) and a telephone number (maximum
25 characters).

Calling from a phonebook
An error beep sounds if nothing has been entered in the phonebook.
Use

and

to scroll through the names. Press

to access a telephone number associated with

a name. Press again to return to the name.
