Arm Axis

Keep the axis of the arm lubricated with a good
quality general purpose grease, inserted through
the grease fitting (Figure 18).

Fence

At least once a week, place a light coat of oil on
the sliding column of the fence. Also place a
drop of oil on each roller pin. See Figure 19.

Not connected to power source.

Check power connections.

Fuse blown, or circuit breaker tripped.

Replace fuse, or reset circuit breaker.

Feeder will not start.

Cord damaged.

Replace cord.

Belt not situated in correct pulley
grooves to achieve desired speed.

Install belt in correct pulley grooves.

Extension cord too light or too long.

Replace with adequate size and
length cord. [page 11]

Feed rate is not
sufficient; or machine
has low power.

Low current from electrical supply.

Contact a qualified electrician.
