1. Phone icon tab shows data stored in phone memory, or scroll to view data

stored on miniSD Card.

2. Open Pictures, Sounds or Videos.
3. Open respective folder, then highlight desired file.
4. Press Options and select from these additional options:

Open

Open clip or streaming media link. See Player Controls on
page 72. For streaming media, the phone begins connection pro-
cess to the Internet or to your network.

Send to Media Album Send file to online Media Album. See page 59.

Create
message

Create a message using the media file to send via MMS, Email,
Bluetooth

®

or Infrared. See page 74.

Set as Ringtone

When a sound file is highlighted, you can set it as the ringtone for
the current profile.

Delete

Delete highlighted item.

Create new >

Create a new Picture, Sound clip, or Web address.

Move to folder

Move file to Menu level or to Pictures, Sounds or Videos folder.

Export to miniSD >
(pictures only)

Copy or move file to miniSD Card. The file is copied or moved to
the DCIM folder on the miniSD Card. The DCIM folder, which has
a sub-folder, can be accessed by other devices such as TVs and
printers.
This command creates Exif under SD-Picture/DCF specification
from any image format. This enables playback of pictures
exported from X701 on SD enabled TVs and printers.

Copy to

Copy file to phone memory or miniSD Card.

New folder

Create a new folder within the current folder.

Mark/Unmark

Mark multiple items. See page 26.

Rename

Rename clip.

Download more...

Go to download link for pictures, ringtones, or videos, or enter
your own download web address.

Receive via
infrared

Receive a file via infrared.

View details

View clip details such as file format, size,
resolution, and duration.

Add to
Shortcuts

Add a shortcut to view or listen to clip from
Shortcuts.
