Tap this button to prompt whether to delete the selected entry. Tap
OK to delete all the information, tap Cancel to cancel deletion.

Tap this button to attach a note to current entry.
Note Editing interface:
• Done: Finish editing, and return to previous interface.
• Delete: Delete current note.
