of the fax machine
You can confirm the setting information and
current status of the fax machine from your
computer.

Start Multi-Function Station.

Select [Device Monitor].

The [Device Monitor] window will
appear.

You can confirm the status of the fax unit.
Status: Current status of the fax unit
Note:

Additional information (toner and recording
paper status, etc.) will be displayed in
[
Status] tab by clicking [Advanced
Information].

The status of the fax machine will be updated
automatically.

If the printing error occurs, Device Monitor
will be started automatically and display the
error information.
