PREPARING THE CAMERA
Installing the Battery
Make sure that the power of the digital still camera is off before inserting or removing the battery.
1. Slide the battery cover in the direction of the [OPEN] arrow.
2. Insert the battery in the correct orientation as shown in the illustration.
3. Close the battery cover.
To remove the batteries
Hold the camera with the battery cover facing upward, then open the battery cover and remove the batteries.
Be careful not to drop the batteries when opening or closing the battery cover.
