pOnce the disc has been formatted, the contents cannot be
restored. Check carefully before proceeding. The contents on
the disc are erased when you format it even if you have set title
or disc protection.
pAfter finalizing [DVD-R],
–The disc becomes play-only and you can no longer record or
edit.
