With charger plugged in:

Red (Steady) charging in progress (currently
less than 25% charged)
Yellow
(Steady) charging in progress (currently
more than 25% charged)
Green
(Steady) charging complete
Light Status
Off power off
Blue (three
flashes) powering on/enabling
