mini mixers on the market today. This unit was developed using the expertise of
professional sound engineers and working musicians. You will find that your new NADY
MM-141/MM-242 has superior performance and greater flexibility than any other mini
mixers in its price range. Please read this manual carefully to get the most out of your
new unit.

• 4 Mono 1/4” inputs with individual volume controls

• 1/4” balanced TRS output with Master volume control, up to 25dB of gain, S/N ratio of

87dB and frequency response from 10Hz-100KHz

• Power on/off switch with LED indicator, 9VDC powered with either 9V alkaline battery

or optional PAD-1 AC/DC external adapter

• 8 Mono 1/4” inputs with individual volume controls to be assigned to one Mono output

or grouped to separate Stereo outputs

• Stereo 1/4” balanced TRS Master outputs with separate Master volume controls, up to

25dB of gain, a S/N ratio of -85dB and frequency response from 10Hz-100KHz

• Mono/stereo mode selector switch

• Power on/off switch with LED indicator, 9VDC powered with either 9V alkaline battery

or optional PAD-1 AC/DC external adapter

1. POWER BUTTON

— Use this button to turn the mixer ON and OFF

(Note: Before turning on the unit, turn down the Master Volume of the mini mixer
and the level controls of equipment connected to the outputs).

2. CHANNEL VOLUME CONTROLS

— These controls separately adjust the volume of

the each input.

3. MASTER VOLUME CONTROL

— Adjusts the volume of the output channel.

4. DC INPUT

— Input socket for the optional PAD-1 9V AC/DC adapter. When you use

external DC power, the built-in battery power will turn off automatically.

5. MASTER OUTPUT

— 1/4” TRS balanced output.

6. INPUT CHANNELS

— 1/4” unbalanced inputs.

7. INPUT CHANNELS (MM-242 only)

— 1/4” unbalanced inputs.

MODE SELECT - Use this button to select the working mode. Press - Stereo Mode
(each input is mixed to either A or B outputs) ; Release - Mono Mode (each input is
mixed to both A and B outputs).
