(1) On the back of the device, press and slide the battery cover.
(2) Remove the battery cover and insert one AAA-size battery into the battery
compartment.
(3) Replace the battery cover.
Problem Possible Cause Solution
The LCD displays nothing
when
the device is
powered on.
No battery or battery is too low. Install or replace the battery.
No sound when playing
music or voice file. 1. The volume is too low.
2. There are problems with the
audio file.
1. Adjust the volume.
