Configure a new Dial Plan for Microsoft Exchange Unified
Messaging
The following section details the required steps for the configuration of the
Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging Dial Plan.
Configure the Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging Dial Plan
Step Action
1 From the Exchange Management Console, select Organization
Configuration > Unified Messaging > New UM Dial Plan. The
New UM Dial Plan screen appears, as shown in the following
figure:

2 Enter the Dial Plan name and the number of digits used
for the user extension expected. Click New. Right-click the
newly-created Dial Plan and select Properties. The Dial Plan
Properties screen appears.
3 Click the General tab. From the VoIP security drop-down list,
select Unsecured, as shown in the following figure:
