BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Congratulations for selecting the new NordicTrack ®
MTN 740 stepper. Stepping is one of the most effec-
tive exercises for increasing cardiovascular fitness,
building endurance, and toning the entire body. The
NordicTrack
® MTN 740 stepper blends advanced engi-
neering with innovative styling to let you enjoy this
exercise in the convenience and privacy of your home.
