TROUBLESHOOTING

If the player cannot be played normally, please check the following:

Problem

Solution

Nothing shows on the screen

Check whether the PMP is in the ON state.

The player is frozen

Restart the PMP. If the problem persists, reset the PMP.

It cannot be played

Check whether the PMP is in the ON state.

Cannot transfer files, or the disk
cannot be found in the computer

Insert USB cable fully into the Player after turning it ON.
If problem persists, install the drivers.

Unable to record

Check that there is enough free memory in the PMP.

Text displayed is deformed

Make sure that you have selected the correct language.

PMP doesn’t work after upgrading

Repeat the upgrading process.

Note: After updating, you must format the player before using it. A firmware upgrade is to improve and optimize the

performance of the player. The normal operations of the player would not be affected even if the firmware isn't upgraded.

If the firmware upgrade is interrupted, the PMP may not work. The firmware upgrade software is specific to this model of

PMP and cannot be used for other PMP models.
