The following table lists the error messages and other warnings displayed in the
monitor, as well as the solutions for dealing with them.

O (blinks) Clock not set. Set date and time. 148

Battery temperature
high
Battery temperature is
high.
Turn off camera, and allow
battery to cool down
before resuming use. When
this message appears, the
power-on lamp blinks
rapidly for five seconds and
the monitor turns off.

The camera will turn
off to prevent
overheating. Inside of the camera or the
memory card has become
hot. The camera turns off
automatically.
Leave the camera off until
the inside of the camera or
the memory card has
cooled and then turn it on
again.

Camera cannot focus.
• Refocus.
• Focus on another subject
positioned at the same
distance from the camera
as the intended subject.
