Reaming I.D. of Tube
NOTE! Maximum capacity of the reamer is 2” diameter
tubing.
1. Turn ON/OFF switch to ON position.
2. Remove burrs on inside of tube by placing tube over
reamer cone and gently applying pressure (Figure 8).
Long lengths of tubing should be supported by pipe
stands.
Keep fingers away from the reamer cone.
Keep hands away from ends of tube that may have
burrs or sharp edges.
3. Turn ON/OFF switch to OFF position.

Cleaning Inside of Fittings
NOTE! Fitting brushes are an accessory and sold sep-
arately.
1. Check that brush is the correct size for the fitting
diameter. Install correct size fitting brush if necessary.
NOTE! Use 3 ″ fitting brush on both 3 ″ and 4 ″ diameter
fittings.
Do not use a 4 ″ fitting brush on this machine.
Will interfere with the tubing during cut-off.
2. Turn ON/OFF switch to ON position.
3. Push fitting over fitting brush (Figure 9). Hold fitting
securely to prevent rotation. For 4 ″ fitting, rotate to
clean entire inside diameter.
Keep fingers away from brush.
4. Turn ON/OFF switch to OFF position.
