27 U32S-5 FPI Direct Vent Gas Insert
MAINTENANCE
21) Disconnect green ground wire from power cord.
REPLACING THE FAN
Scrape off the old gasket from the Fan Access Panel, replace and
reverse above steps to replace fan
Hint: When pushing fan down onto pins - rub a dab of dishsoap on
the grommet so it will slide more easily onto the pin.
Check to make sure the fan is seated properly on the pins, this is
very important - try to move the fan back and forth, there shouldn't
be any noise, if there is noise, check to see if the grommets have
come loose.
17) Remove the burner bracket.
18) Remove the Fan Air Duct by removing the 2 screws, squeeze the
sides together to remove.
19) Unplug the 2 wires from the fan motor from inside the stove
(located on the left side of the motor).
20) Lift Fan Assembly off of the 2 pins, tip foreward and pull through
fi rebox opening.
