Follow these steps to install a
battery.

1. Slide the battery

direction of the arrow to
remove it.

2. Place the battery in the

Replacing the battery
resets the clock.

Use only a fresh
battery of the
required size and
recommended type.

If you do not plan to
use the clock for a
month or more,
remove the battery.
Batteries can leak
chemicals that can
destroy electronic
