Knead & Knock Selects the Knead and Knock massage modes.
Thigh Selects the massage mode for the back of your thighs.
Leg Selects the massage mode for you calf muscles.

Used to set the speed of the Roll mechanism.
Knead Speed
Used to set the speed of the Knead massage.
