Selecting an Audible Alert
1. At the standby display, press . Set Alerts
appears and the last selected alert symbol
flashes.
2. Press . Sound ON/OFF appears, and the cur-
rent setting ( ON or OFF ) flashes.
3. Press (if necessary) so ON flashes, then press
. Beep1, 2 / Melody appears, and the cur-
rent setting flashes.
4. Repeatedly press to select Beep1 , (Beep) 2 ,
or Melody so that setting flashes, then press
to store the selected setting. The standby display
reappears showing the symbol for the selected
setting.
