Setting Date/Time
The following procedure explains how to set the camera date and time. The date and time when a picture is taken will be record-
ed on the image.
Set the mode dial to "P", "A" or "M".
Press the [ ] button.
The first menu will appear on the LCD monitor.
Align the cursor with using the top / bottom point of the jog
dial.
Set the order in which the year, month and day are to be recorded.
Align the cursor with using the right point of the jog dial,
and then switch the order with the top/bottom point of the jog
dial.Then decide on the order by pressing the [OK] button.
You can select from three patterns: Month-Day-Year, Year-Month-Day
and Day-Month-Year.
Set the date and time.
Use the right point of the jog dial to position the cursor at date. Use
the top/bottom point of the jog dial to increment or decrement values.
Then press the [OK] button to decide on each item.
Increases the value.
Decreases the value.
To cancel the setting, press the [ ] button in the middle of the set-
ting.

Setting Info Display on LCD Monitor : ON/OFF
The information display ( exposure, the shutter speed, and so on ) status can be changed between on (displayed) and off (not
displayed) as follows.
Set the mode dial to "P", "A" or "M".
Press the [ ] button.
The first menu will appear on the LCD monitor.
Align the cursor with with the top / bottom point of the jog
dial.
Select [REC INFO] with the right point of the jog dial.
Select "ON" or "OFF" with the top / bottom point of the jog dial.
Press the [OK] button.
Whether the information is displayed or not is entered.

MEMO
• If the order of the year, month and day display is changed, the order
of the year, month and day in the preprint setup will also be changed.
• The date and the time recorded on the image are, by processing the
image, changed to the date and the time when it is processed on the
computer.
To check the date and the time when the C-2500L recorded the
image, use CAMEDIA Master. The software can tell you the original
date and time.

• When the shutter release button is pressed halfway, the LCD monitor
displays previous shooting information.
