TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE
If you have followed the instructions and are having difficulty operating the unit, locate the
PROBLEM in the left column below. Check the corresponding POSSIBLE CAUSE column to
locate and remedy the problem.
SOLUTION
Insert the power plug into the AC
outlet.
Turn up the volume.
PROBLEM
No power when POWER
is on.
No sound.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
No power plug connection at
the AC outlet.
Volume control is set to
minimum.
Turn up the volume on the TV or
PA system.
Power the TV or PA system on.
TV or PA system is set to
minimum.
TV or PA system is powered
off.
Select the correct function.
The wrong function is
selected.
Connect power cord to machine
securely. No power when plugged
in. Power cord is not connected
to machine.
No sound from TV or
PA.
Patch cords are not
connected securely.
Ensure white and red patch cords
are securely inserted into both

Insert disc correctly.
Wipe clean with soft cloth.
