When the telephone number is longer than the available space on the display, ‘->’
appears on the display. Press button ‘#’ to see the remainder of the number.

You can leave the Call list by pressing the R button.

5.3

CALLING A NUMBER FROM THE CALL LIST

Scroll through the Call list until the desired number is shown on the display.

Press the Line button

. The number will be dialled automatically.

ERASING A NUMBER FROM THE CALL LIST

5.4.1 Erasing one telephone number

Scroll through the Call list until the desired number is shown on the display.

Press the Mute button

twice to erase the number.

5.4.2 Erasing the complete Call list

Enter the Call list.

Press the Mute button

for 1 second. ‘Erase All?’ appears on the display.

Press the Mute button

once again to erase the complete list.

6 CALL TRANSFER (FOR DUO VERSION ONLY!)

This function is only possible when you have 2 handsets !

6.1

CHECKING THE HANDSET NUMBER

You can check the handset number as follows:

Press the Set button

, followed by the INT key.

The handset number appears on the display.

6.2

CALL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER HANDSET

During a telephone conversation you can transfer the external line to the other handset:

Press the INT button, ‘ENTER No’ appears on the display.

Enter the handset number (1 or 2) you want to transfer the call to.

All handsets will show ‘TRANSFER’.

The other handset will ring for 30 seconds. If it doesn’t answer the call, the first handset
will start to ring again for 30 seconds.
If nothing is answered, the external line will be cut off automatically.

During transfer mode, any handset can pick up the line by pressing the Line button
