Activating Your USB Modem (Windows)

Call Sprint at the appropriate number displayed in the Activation
Wizard. When you reach a representative, click Next.

In the space provided below, write down your USB modem’s ESN
(Electronic Serial Number) or MEID (Mobile Equipment IDentifier). (The
ESN or MEID is displayed in the Activation Wizard and is also printed on
the label under the USB modem‘s battery.)

On your computer, enter the activation code in the space provided and
click Next.
Your Sprint Customer Service representative will give you a phone
number and MSID (Mobile System ID code, used for Wireless Local
Number Portability and to determine whether you are “home” or
“roaming”).
