Introduction
This chapter provides an overview of the Texas Instruments (TI) TPA2010D1
NanoFree
 WCSP audio amplifier evaluation module (TPA2010D1YZF
EVM). It includes a list of EVM features, a brief illustrated description of the
module, and a list of EVM specifications.
The is TPA2010D1 EVM is completely Pb-free. The device, all the
components, and the printed-circuit board are all Pb-free. In addition, no lead
is used in the manufacture or assembly of the module.
