• Do not children using the appliance as a
toy.
• Store at a place inaccessible by chil-
dren.
• Apply to the authorized service center in
case of power cord damage and for ap-
pliance repair.
• Air purifier is equipped with protection
against straight UV-radiation, and inter-
locking system providing switching off of
UV-lamp in case of removing the lid and
filters block. In order to avoid injuries it is
prohibited to change the scheme of the
lid interlocking system.
• Always disconnect the appliance from
the wall outlet before removing the lid of
the electrostatic filter for safety purpos-
es.
Placement
Take into account the next considerations
choosing the place for the purifier:
• The appliance should not be placed near
any devices producing strong magnetic
fields, as TV sets, tuners, otherwise they
would influence the performance of the
purifier negatively;
• Air inlets and outlets should not be locat-
ed close to blinds and curtains.
• Placing the appliance near the source of
air contamination and presence of good
ventilation provides effective purification
of the air in your room.
Filtering and Purifying System
This air purifier is equipped with multi-stage
air filtering system.
• Preliminary filter catches dust particles
from 20 micron in diameter.
• HEPA-filter removes dust particles from
0.3 micron in diameter (effectiveness is
99,7%).
• Filter containing activated charcoal pu-
rifies the air affectively by removing the
dangerous gases and objectionable
odors, for example, cigarette smoke.
• Ultra violet bactericidal lamp kills harmful
bacteria and viruses.
• Photocatalitic filter decomposes the
molecules of toxic gases present in the
air, as formaldehyde, ammonia, hydro-
gen sulphide, and carbonic acid.
• Built-in ionizer beneficiates the air with
millions of negative ions.
Remote Control
This appliance is equipped with remote
control thus making it possible to set re-
quired operating mode from distance up to
6 meters from the purifier. Two batteries of
AAA type are required to provide the opera-
tion of remote control.
Important: Install the batteries in right way
following polarity marks putted on the ap-
pliance. Do not mix up different batteries
(new and old ones or batteries of different
types). Remove batteries if you are not go-
ing to use the appliance for a long time.
Dust and Smell Sensors
In AUTO operating mode built-in dust and
smell sensors determine the quality of the
air automatically and regulate the airflow
going through the purifier accordingly.
They can control fan speed according to
preset quality of the air.
Note: when you move the air purifier to any
other location the sensors need some time
to adjust to new conditions. Thus for some
time their indications will not agree with real
conditions.
USING AIR PURIFIER
Before using air purifier make sure filters’
block is installed properly.
Insert power cord plug into the socket.
Press button ON/OFF (6) located on con-
trol panel (1) or button (23) on the remote
control (22) to switch the appliance on.
Press the same button once more to switch
the appliance off.
