Function Setting for Key Operator

Changing the Paper Size
The paper trays are designed to accommodate invoice, letter, letter R, legal and ledger size
paper. To change the paper size, perform the steps shown below.
1 Press the Function Key

Proceed as Follows:
# Press the 1 key to select GENERAL
FUNCTIONS.
$ Press the SET key.
% Press 9 key.
& Input the Key Operator ID code (3 digit)
and the SET key.
( Press 00 and 1 or 2 key to select
the PAPER SIZE.
) Press SET to select the paper tray and
press (
G or F ) keys to set the paper
size.
Paper size changes are as follows.
Letter R Invoice R
Ledger
Legal
* Press the SET key to set up the PAPER
SIZE.
+ Press the RESET key, then exit the
Function mode.
