within 15m range.

After charging it for 1h it should

Headset cannot be
registered to a
device

- PIN code of the device

is wrong

- Battery power is too low

- Refer to the user manual of

the device to change the pin
code to ‘0000’

- Charge the headset for at

least 6-8 hours

Speaker volume is
too low

Wrong volume setting

Adjust the volume with the
headset key
