SECURING WALL-MOUNTING BASE TO WALL

CAUTION: Be sure Wall-Mounting Base is located where small children will not
have access to the unit’s cords when it is mounted.

1. Select a location for Wall-Mounting Base. Be sure that Base will not prevent a door

from opening or closing properly, and that cords will not get closed in a door.

CAUTION: In order to avoid electrical shock, do not hang unit directly over an
electrical outlet.

2. Refer to FIGURE 1 below, which illustrates how to use included screws and anchors to

secure Wall-Mounting Base to wall.

NOTE: Keep in mind that the Fabric Steamer & Iron may be used while mounted
on the Wall-Mounting Base. Alternatively, the Base Unit may be removed and
used on any ordinary table top or other flat surface, and mounted on the Wall-
Mounting Base for storage purposes only.

FILLING WATER RESERVOIR WITH WATER

NOTE: When water level is low, it is normal for water reservoir in Base Unit to emit
a pumping sound. Adding more water will eliminate the sound.

CAUTION: Be sure that power cord is not connected to an electrical outlet before
filling water reservoir with water.

1. Unscrew Water Reservoir Cap by turning it in a counter-clockwise direction

(FIGURE 4-A). This will expose the Water Reservoir Inlet.

2. Fill included Measuring Cup with water, then pour into water reservoir through Inlet.

NOTE: In order to prolong the life of your Fabric Steamer & Iron, it is
recommended that de-mineralized or distilled water is used to avoid mineral
build-up.

3. Repeat STEP 2 above, in order to completely fill water reservoir with 32 oz. (950 ml.)

of water.

IMPORTANT: Do not add detergents or other chemicals to water reservoir;
doing so may result in damage to the unit.

4. Place Water Reservoir Cap back onto Water Reservoir Inlet, and rotate it in a clockwise

direction to secure it back into place (FIGURE 4-B).
