STEAM CHART
1. Trim and clean all vegetables. Leave pieces large enough to fit onto rack.
2. Place liner into base. Place rack into liner.
3. Add 2 cups of hot water to liner.
4. Preheat roaster oven on 400°F for 20 minutes.
5. Place food on the rack in the liner and cover.
6. Steam until done. Cooking times are for tender-crisp vegetables.
