Out-of-Range symbol is
flashing and Parents’ Unit
emits 2 beeps every 8
seconds even when the
units are within range.

After the movement sensor
alarm has sounded and
been turned off on the
Parents’ Unit and the
Nursery Unit has been
powered off, the Parents’
Unit continues to beep.

Parents’ Units options are
not changing when they are
being reset.

Units do not turn on.

There is very weak
reception.

Parents’ Unit is
temporarily muted.

Units have lost connection
with one another.

Batteries are low or
improperly installed.

AC adapters are not con-
nected properly or electrical
outlet is out of order.

Either the Parents’ Unit or
Nusery Unit is not on.

Volume level is too low.

Nursery Unit has
automatically shut down
due to low battery.

The Out-of-Range Indicator
is alerting you that the
Parents’ Unit is on while the
Nursery Unit is off.

Select button is not
being pressed.

Batteries are low or
improperly installed.

AC adapters are not
connected properly or elec-
trical outlet is out of order.

Parents’ and Nursery Units
are too far apart.

Press the Power button
to deactivate the mute.

Reconnect units. Refer to
the Parents’ Unit and
Nursery Unit Connection
section on Pg. 13.

Check or replace batteries.

Check connections
or change to another
electrical outlet.

Make sure both units are on.

Increase volume level.

Check or replace batteries,
or use AC adapter.

Either turn off the
Out-of-Range Indicator
feature to avoid this from
happening or turn the
Nursery Unit back on.

Select button must be
pressed when desired
option appears.

Check or replace batteries.

Check connections
or change to another
electrical outlet.

Bring Parents’ Unit closer
to Nursery Unit. Activating
the Out-of-Range feature
will tell you the units are
too far apart.
