IINSTRUCTIONS

You can power both the camera and the video receiver with batteries or an AC
adapter. Each unit requires 6 AA batteries for battery operation. Both units have
rechargeable circuits, therefore, when using the AC adapters, make sure you only

have rechargeable batteries or no batteries at all in the battery compartment.

The bat-

tery life of the rechargeable batteries is approximately 3-3 1/2 hours in the video receiver
and 5 hours in the camera. For long periods of non-use, remove all batteries from their
compartments and unplug the AC adapters.

FOR BATTERY POWER

1. Remove the battery cover with a flathead screwdriver. The battery cover is on the

bottom of the camera and on the back of the monitor.

2. Insert 6 AA alkaline or rechargeable batteries into either unit or both units matching

Positive (+) to Positive and Negative (-) to Negative. For complete battery power you will
need a total of 12 AA batteries (6 rechargeable batteries are included with your monitor).

3. Replace the battery cover with a screwdriver.
4. Charge the rechargeable batteries 10-12 hours before using the monitor on battery

power for the first time. This can be done while operating the monitor on AC power
or when the monitor is off. Charge the batteries by plugging the adapter directly into
the monitor or into the monitor stand.
