Headset Volume Control
The headset volume is adjusted in the same way that the speakerphone
volume is adjusted. Refer to “Speakerphone Volume Control” on this page.

Ringer Volume
Speakerphone Volume Control
The speakerphone volume is adjusted in the same way that the handset
volume is adjusted when the speakerphone is in use. Refer to “Handset
Volume Control” on page 25.
Speaker Volume
The speakerphone can only be adjusted if the headset is not plugged in.
The headset volume can only be adjusted if the headset is plugged in.
Ringer Volume Control
To change the ringer volume:
With the telephone on-hook, press
(increase) or
(decrease) to adjust
the volume. The volume of the ringer changes as the keys are pressed.
If no activity is detected for 2.5 seconds, the volume setting screen
disappears and returns the LCD to the original display and the volume setting
is saved.
