Import email into Microsoft Outlook Express:
1. Click "Open" button.
2. On the File menu, point to [Copy to folder] or [Move to folder]
3. Click the message you want to delete from POP3 server and then click "
"Remove" button.
4. Click the "Recheck" button to check POP3 mail server again.
