WARNING

• Do not operate while unattended. Contents could jam, causing fire.
• For pastry items, always use the defrost setting; frostings and fillings can ignite.
• Food items with frostings or runny fillings could drip into toaster well and cause

damage or result in fire. If frosting or filling does drip into toaster well, follow
“Care and Cleaning” instructions before using toaster again.

• Children should be closely supervised.
• Do not “play” with the pop-up melody by repeatedly pushing the mid-cycle cancel

button. This could interfere with normal re-charge time, and cause melody sound to
temporarily distort. If melody should sound distorted or fading, simply allow toaster
to go through a normal toasting cycle. Circuit will properly re-charge and melody
will return to normal function.

• Immediately unplug toaster if fire or smoke is observed.
• Please read and save this Instruction Booklet.
